COMPANY OVERVIEW
A rapidly growing shared service industry company located in Selangor is looking for a career minded talent with great leadership skills to manage a big team for Order To Cash function. You will be a key part of helping the business in delivering consistent KPI, and meets the needs of the order management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that the order to cash department and order management is consistently meets the needs of the key business stakeholders.
- Oversee operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, and looking for opportunities for improvement.
- Work with the team leaders to help set and meet daily and quarterly goals/KPIs.
- Responsible for designing and delivering the shared services organization\'s vision.
- Leading and managing a team of 50 to 60 headcounts of O2C executives/ senior executives.
- Business level Mandarin and English language skills are vital for external communication and translation (handling stakeholders in China and Taiwan)
- Strong leadership and managerial capabilities
- Minimum 7 years in shared service order-to-cash, order management
- 2-3 years SAP order processing experience
- Open to Malaysian only
- Office location: Shah Alam, Selangor. 5 days a week working from office.
