GFS was established to support AstraZeneca\xe2\x80\x99s Finance function on a transformation journey with the objective of delivering excellence in financial operations and insight through global simplification and standardization that enable our customers to focus on AZ\xe2\x80\x99s strategic priorities.GFS Technology team was formed in 2023 and is part of a bigger team GFS Technology & Compliance. GFS Technology centralises support for GFS owned systems with a mandate to enable effective utilisation of technology, ensure system compliance requirements are met and embed best practice. Key to this is effective business support for systems and ensuring we maximise the return on AZ investment in GFS systems.We are looking to appoint an O2C Systems Analyst (Order to Cash) to be part of a global team of Finance Systems Super Users, serving the different AstraZeneca regions.This role sits within the GFS Technology team. A core part of the role is driving standardisation (currently only for Cash and Banking) in ways of working, system administration, user management, control and monitoring and in reporting across the system analyst teams. Close collaboration with the GFS Cash & Banking, GFS Compliance, FCCG and other teams including IT will be essential to success in this role.Key objectives include:Expertise: Develop a high-level expertise of systems (FIS Payment Hub) and process expertise to support the testing and deployment phases of the ongoing projects, enhancements and process changesConfiguration: Responsible for configuration and administration activities in O2C systems \xe2\x80\x93 FIS Payment Hub, Online Banking platformsEngagement: Increasing awareness and skills in the systems we use. Ensure Compliance requirements are met.Governance: a key role in the governance of business-as-usual support processes, in project implementation rollouts, improvements, and mandated system upgrades.Control: Own and operate relevant SOX and other controls that relate to the effective and compliant configuration and operation of the FIS Payment Hub and Banking portals.Performance management: driving SLA compliance across the various service providers in the Finance support landscape.You will work with several key individuals/teams in the wider AstraZeneca organization, including:- Global Process Owner teams, Delivery and Design leads- Shared Service Centre delivery teams- Global Innovation and Technology Centre- Finance and IT leaders- Master Data teams- IT resolver teamsTypical Accountabilities:Manage users, access rights & profiles in various Finance Systems managed by GFS (online banking portals, Payment Hub, TMS)Develop and maintain respective operating framework (BPMs, SOPs, etc.)Design and implement automation solution for user access rights management \xe2\x80\x93 user request & approval workflow, user role templates etc.Administer banking and treasury applications (incl. User management, role changes, static data, batch job system configuration changes)Enable change management processes (incl. organize CAB meeting, prepare/ support in process of preparation of change impacts)Expert advice and assistance to users of our systems portfolio to maximize business value.Provide guidance and support to projects which require or supply data to O2C systems.Provide support for and implement as needed changes/improvements to systems incl. actions required to resolve issues.Provide a clear escalation route for system issues impacting GFS systems.Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of process and data.Provide support for GFS users with complex requirements and issues.Provide clear communications to business users on issues impacting service availability.Solve complex problems through data and configuration analysis, often against time pressure.Investigate opportunities to standardize and simplify and ensure new processes are adhered to on an ongoing basis.Develop and maintain appropriate metrics for monitoring performance and effectiveness of GFS systems.Act as SPOC for questions regarding testing, system comms etcAct as escalation point and be accountable for system issues and their resolution, partnering with IT, vendors and others as needed.In the event of an incident (system outage or other) support the recovery plans as neededAs the S/4 Hana roll out progresses take a pro-active lead in supporting this and ensuring impact is managed within the GFS Technology teamsPartner with Compliance and Risk Management in GFS to ensure risks associated with GFS Systems are identified and appropriately managed. Own specific system risks as needed including tracking actions/mitigations. Where required ensure formal controls over risks (SOX, FCF, other) are operating effectivelyEducation, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:You should have a Degree in Accounting & Finance/ Commerce / ACCA or equivalentVery good knowledge of finance systemsGood O2C process knowledgeExperience of working as a system super user or adminKnowledge of TRAX (FIS Payment Hub) or other Payment Hub, Administration of Banking portals and SAP.Good communication skills; Fluent English: Written and OralAnalytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to explain complex matters in simple terms,Willingness to share knowledge with team members and train/guide themExperience in a global organizationProven track record of working effectively to deliver solutionsOverall working experience in a comparable role within O2C or R2RAstraZeneca is an equal opportunity employer.
