About the Role

We are seeking a skilled

OBD Civil BIM Modeler

to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

OpenBuildings Designer (OBD)

and relevant BIM software for civil and infrastructure projects. This role requires proficiency in developing and managing BIM models, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage

3D BIM models

using OpenBuildings Designer (OBD) for civil and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency. Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models. Ensure compliance with

Singapore BIM standards, codes, and project requirements

. Perform model checks, clash detection, and quality control to maintain model integrity. Assist in implementing BIM execution plans (BEP) and digital delivery workflows. Support project teams in resolving design and modeling issues. Update and maintain BIM libraries and standards.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

in BIM modeling for civil/infrastructure projects. Proficiency in

Bentley OpenBuildings Designer (OBD)

, with experience in related Bentley software preferred. Knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and digital delivery practices in Singapore. Familiarity with

clash detection tools

(e.g., Navisworks) and

CDE platforms

(e.g., ProjectWise, BIM 360). Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. Good communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience in

Bentley OpenRoads

or other Bentley civil tools. Knowledge of LOD requirements and BIM documentation standards. Previous experience working on

large-scale civil/transport/infrastructure projects

in Singapore.
