Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lalaport Bukit Bintang for an Outlet Asst. Supervisor. The Outlet Asst. Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the outlet, managing inventory and supplies, coordinating schedules and shifts for employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Outlet Asst. Supervisor will also maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent;

Prior experience in a asst. supervisory role, preferably in a retail, restaurant, or hypermarket.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems

Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and customer service principles

Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
