OCCUPATIONAL & SPEECH THERAPIST (CUM COORDINATOR)

1) Occupational Therapy (OT)

2) Speech Therapy (ST)

Location: Bright Berries, Taman Melati Utama, Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM4,000 - RM5,500 per month (Based on KPI, Sales, Management, Teaching, Qualifications & Experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide therapy sessions to children/patients with sensory, cognitive, communication, movement, and coordination challenges through structured and engaging activities. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and document therapy notes in line with professional standards. Coordinate therapy programs, intervention schedules, and team activities to ensure smooth and consistency across sessions. Monitor children's progress, provide feedback to parents and team members, and adjust therapy plans when necessary. Lead and organize public education events, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote awareness of therapy services. Supervise daily educational/therapy activities and support Individualized Education Program (IEP) development. Act as the link between parents and team regarding children's development and therapy outcomes. Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment at all times. Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all assigned duties. Work collaboratively with children, families, and team members to ensure quality service delivery. Perform other duties assigned by superiors as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy. Compassionate, positive attitude, and genuine love for working with children. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. Responsible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and coordination skills, especially in managing therapy programs.

WORKING HOURS:

Monday - Saturday 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM
