Requirements: - Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. - Required to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and more advantage can speak in Mandarin -Preferably with working experience in the related field, however fresh graduates with a passion to teach special needs children are welcome. - Positive, passionate, learning attitude is a must! Job Responsibilities - Address kids\xe2\x80\x99 aspects of performance to support engagement in occupations that affect health, well-being and life quality. - Select and adapt the appropriate per case occupational therapy treatment model, method and approach to direct the process of interventions - Teach kids new ways of approaching tasks and educate them on how to break down activities into achievable components. -Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its use - Guide and educate family members - Observe, note, and report on the progress of long and short term treatment goals - Collect data and document processes followed - Regularly follow-up with client
