Job Description

Conduct assessments to evaluate a patient's physical, emotional, and social needs, and identify areas where they may require assistance Create individualized therapy plans to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities, based on their specific conditions. Teach patients specific exercises or activities to help strengthen muscles, improve coordination, and enhance motor skills. Track patients' progress throughout their treatment and adjust therapy plans as needed to achieve optimal results

Qualification

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree

in Occupational Therapy or a related field

Communication Skills

: Strong verbal and written communication to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle challenging behavioral situations with composure.
