Plan, implement, evaluate, treat and progress patients care, incorporating risk assessment, to maximize functional independence and rehabilitation potential.
Communicate with patients and carers in order to positively develop therapeutic relationships.
Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise workloads - able to multi-task as well as be self-disciplined and highly motivated.
Knowledge of how to use specialist equipment - required for day to day use with specific patients e.g. communication aids, special seating, standing frames etc.
Collate and maintain Occupational Therapy inventory record.

Job Requirement:

Minimum of Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
Working experience in a hospital or Rehab Centre set-up in the Return-to-Work Programme will be preferred.
Experience in working with patients who have a range of conditions, including Neurological, Musculoskeletal, Cardiovascular and Orthopaedic.
Computer literate.
Pleasant and mature personality with excellent human relations, networking and organisational skills.
