Job Description


MISSIONLeading and driving organizational development and transformation initiatives in the zone, ensuring successful implementation of change strategies and alignment with objectives. This role is instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support transformation initiatives.
  • Co-work with HR team, providing guidance and support.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to assess change readiness and identify risks.
  • Define clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines for transformation projects.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of transformation initiatives, adjusting as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of transformation projects.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation management, change management, or organizational development roles.
  • Proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in the Asia region is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to drive change and inspire innovation.
  • Creativity and openness to new ideas.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
