As the Director for Kuala Lumpur region, you will be a key driver in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of our client's business in the region. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, building strong client relationships, and fostering growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
+ Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute strategic goals for the Kuala Lumpur region.
+ Provide strategic insights to enhance market positioning and business expansion.
Operational Excellence:
+ Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
+ Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Client Engagement:
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
+ Lead client engagement initiatives and contribute to business development.
Team Leadership:
+ Lead and inspire the Kuala Lumpur team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
+ Drive employee engagement, professional development, and talent acquisition.
Business Development:
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kuala Lumpur region.
+ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
Partnership Management:
+ Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including Odoo, to enhance collaboration and business success.
+ Represent the company in industry events and forums.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the Odoo ecosystem.
Strong understanding of the Singapore and Kuala Lumpur market.
In-depth knowledge of Odoo/other ERP solutions.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
