About Our Client
Our client is founded in 2020, focusing on Fleet Management System and FMS (including car CCTV, GPS Trackers, Voice Over Communication Push-To-Talk service). Apart from FMS, they also provide risk management service through an AI safety scoring system, which is a useful tool for insurance company to evaluate policies.
Job Scope:
Lead and participate in software development projects, managing all client-related development activities from planning to delivery.
Initiate improvements in the software development process to enhance system quality, performance, and maintainability.
Analyze complex performance issues and architectural challenges, providing effective technical solutions.
Design, develop, and implement Odoo applications, including new modules, system integrations, and customizations tailored to business needs.
Analyze project requirements, prepare detailed technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Utilize and extend existing Odoo functionalities to achieve project objectives while adhering to best practices for secure and efficient development.
Maintain code quality through proper version control using GitHub and ensure compliance with software development standards.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
2-5 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer, Software Developer, or in a similar role.
Strong programming background with hands-on experience in Odoo development and integration.
In-depth understanding of Odoo frameworks, data models, and functional workflows.
Demonstrated ability to create, debug, and maintain custom Odoo modules for the latest versions.
Proficient in Python, XML, and JavaScript, with the ability to execute Python code within Odoo's frontend environment.
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, including writing SQL queries and managing data imports.
Skilled in view customization, QWeb report creation, and GitHub-based version control.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
