:This role will require a versatile candidate who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while also fulfilling driving responsibilities.Job Responsibilities: * OfficeAdministration:

  • Greet and assist visitors,clients,and employees
  • Manage and distributei ncoming and out going mail
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Perform general clerical duties,such as photocopying, filing and faxing
  • Driving:
  • Safely transport employees and company guests to designated locations
  • Pickup and deliver items as required, ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle
  • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience as an office admin assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
