Job Description

  • Responsible, Patient, Meticulous, and very organized to meet strict deadlines.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Attend to office needs, repairs, and upkeep of office and building maintenance.
  • Oversee the security and safety measures in the office.
  • Ensure office facilities are always in good working condition including Photocopier, Fax Machine, Door Access Device, Pantry, Washroom and etc.
  • Ensure office cleanliness is maintained and overall cleanliness of the compound.
  • Ensure sufficient office supplies at all times including stationary, office groceries, beverages, and any related for Office use.
  • Oversee administrative function, and reception duties, attend to calls, and ensure reception operates with minimum interruption.
  • Maintain and update the telephone directory, ensuring that all contacts are up-to-date.
  • Other office support including like name cards & letterheads printing and etc.
