Job Description

Tugas & Tanggungjawab:



Menguruskan urusan pentadbiran harian pejabat.

Menyediakan surat, memo, laporan & dokumen berkaitan.

Menyusun, menyimpan dan mengemaskini fail serta rekod syarikat.

Menjawab panggilan telefon, emel dan berurusan dengan pelanggan.

Membantu dalam tugasan pengurusan atau operasi syarikat apabila diperlukan.

Kelayakan:



Minimum SPM/Diploma dalam bidang Diploma in Administration/Diploma in Management/Diploma in Public Administration

Berkemahiran dalam penggunaan komputer

Kemahiran : Microsoft Office - (Word, Publisher, Powerpoint dan Excel)

Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).

Rajin, berdisiplin, teliti & boleh bekerja secara berdikari.

Berpengalaman dalam bidang pentadbiran (Construction Industry) adalah satu kelebihan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
