-Have at least a Diploma -Fluent in Malay & English ( Writing & Oral) -Have license B2 and D -Preferred gender ; Male -Can travel & efficient in driving -Skilled in communication -Honestly, trustworthy, efficient & can work outside office hours -Ready to receive comment and instructions -Can work in a team DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Submit documents/Cash Cheque/Cheque/TT/Bank Draf to Bank/Perform Cash Deposit at Bank - Collect documents at bank or any related company such as MCM, FMSALLEH etc - Pay utility expenses company - Performs administrative and office support activities - Managing and controlling asset management, building maintenance damage reports and others. - Helping receptionist, finance department, secretaries or other administrative in performing their duties - Travel with top management - Assist colleagues whenever necessary and support all task related to all department
