Manage and maintain the document control system, ensuring all documentation is appropriately classified Must own transportation Track and manage incoming and outgoing documents, service call, specifications consumables contracts, and reports Liaise with engineers teams to collect, organize, and distribute documents related to ongoing service activities Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation, Job ensuring urgency Preparing Order Purchase , Delivery, Collection Knowledge in computer systems /Skill Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software. Familiarity and understanding documentation and processes is a plus. Collaborate with account manager & service provider to ensure all requests/billing documentations update regularly/monthly/quarterly
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
