Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Office & Administrative Support

Manage daily office operations and ensure proper filing of company documents. Prepare letters, reports, and memos for management review. Maintain attendance, leave records, and staff data. Handle office supplies, stationery, and procurement coordination. Support HR and Finance teams in documentation and report preparation.
2. Agricultural Project Coordination

Assist in record keeping for plantation, harvesting, and production activities. Liaise with field supervisors and suppliers on logistics, materials, and stock updates. Track usage of fertilizers, seeds, tools, and other agricultural inputs. Coordinate movement of workers, tools, and vehicles for on-site operations. Prepare simple summaries of field progress or monthly production reports.
3. Communication & External Liaison

Liaise with government departments (e.g. DOA, MPOB, Labour Office, Immigration) when required. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and partners for agriculture-related works. Maintain good communication between management and site teams.

Requirements



Education: MinimumSpm or Diploma.

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years working experience in office administration, preferably in agriculture, plantation, or production sectors. Fresh graduates with strong interest in agriculture are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to handle documentation and communicate with field teams. Knowledge of basic agriculture operations or logistics is an added advantage. Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Working Conditions



Based at company office or site office as required. Working days: Monday to Saturday (half-day). May need to visit plantation or project sites occasionally.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
