Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties including document preparation, data entry, and filing.

Handle correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.

Assist with procurement, inventory, and office supplies management.

Provide operational support to other departments as required.

Salary: RM1800-2500

Working Hour:

Mon-Fri: 8am-4.00pm

Sat: 8am-12pm

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication, both orally and in writing.



Fresh graduates and SPM school leavers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with a background in Administration or Marketing will be given priority.

A Degree in Administration or Marketing will be an added advantage.

Prior experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in SQL Accounting and Microsoft Office or equivalent software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
