Job Description

Qualifications & experience :



SPM must be at least with credit & above in mathematics A Diploma in Business Administration or relevant qualification is added advantage

Tasks & responsibilities:



Clerical Task :

Routine daily clerical work, documentation filling, sales support and contacting customer for payment.

Administrative Oversight:

Manage all administrative duties, ensuring smooth office operations, including tender submissions for dealer.

Financial Processing:

Handle loan requests, cash advances, and petty cash after obtaining HR Manager approval.

HR Assistance:

Provide valuable support on various tasks and projects.

Providing customer

service support to both internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinating and scheduling

meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.

Supporting

the wider administrative team with various projects and tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
