Responsibilities
1. Finance and Account
Documentation includes quotation, pro-forma invoice, invoice, delivery order, reports and etc.
Proper maintenance of financial records, documentations and filling to support all accounting entries.
Assist in handling of account receivable, accounts payable, cash management, bank reconciliation, taxation etc.
Manage operational related reporting and ensure that monthly and annual financial and management accounts are prepared in a timely manner.
2. Administrative
Performs general administrative tasks
Provides administrative support to the management team while working closely with the operation team
Devise and maintain office systems, including IT and filing systems.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
