We are looking for a responsible and well-organised Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative and clerical duties
Manage filing, documentation, and data entry
Prepare letters, invoices, reports, and basic correspondence
Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors
Answer phone calls, emails, and manage appointments
Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and organisational skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
