Job Description

1. Administrative Support

Assist with daily general administrative and operational tasks Handle and resolve administrative issues, documents, and correspondence Perform data entry for invoices into the system Issue invoices and verify receipt of payments Schedule appointments and maintain calendars Conduct filing, scanning, printing, and other clerical duties
2. CCTV Monitoring & Security Coordination

Monitor CCTV footage across various locations to identify suspicious or unusual activities Record incidents, events, and actions in a clear, accurate, and legible format Collaborate with security personnel or agencies to ensure proper use of the CCTV system and manage evidential records and witness statements in compliance with legal standards Provide real-time intelligence to on-ground security or police, including suspect appearance, behavior, and location
3. Other Duties

Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications Meticulous, hardworking, self-driven, and responsible Well-organized with strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
