Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Document Management



Collect, sort, and organize all incoming and outgoing documents. Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital) for easy retrieval. Ensure all documents are updated, properly recorded, and securely stored.

2. Office Inventory Management



Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and stationery stock levels. Prepare regular inventory reports and ensure timely replenishment when needed. Coordinate with vendors for office purchases, repairs, maintenance, or replacements.

3. Daily Office Operations



Support the smooth day-to-day running of office activities. Handle general administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, and typing. Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments, and required materials for meetings or events. Assist staff with any administrative requests or support needed.

4. General Administrative Support



Assist in preparing simple reports, letters, and documentation when required. Coordinate courier services, deliveries, postage, and mail distribution. Ensure common office areas (pantry, meeting rooms, reception) are kept clean, organized, and presentable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
