• Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Admin/Human Resources, Clerical/Administrative Support
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Aggressive and fast learner.
• Good attitude and responsible character.

Tanggungjawab

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
• Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
• Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
• Greeting and assisting visitors.
• Supports to sales team
• Supports to purchase team for example for supply chains process monitoring etc
• Supports to the financial department for example Issuing invoices to the customers and also receiving goods and invoices from the suppliers
• Scanning and saving all office files in the computer folder created in \xe2\x80\x9cShare Drive\xe2\x80\x9d for data sharing and audit purpose.
• Assisting colleagues to update the inventory from time to time.
• Other administration work to be discussed and updated.
