  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Strong Organizational and Time-management Skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Preferable Mandarin Speaking CandidateSkills:

  • Work Environment:
  • Office setting with standard office hours.
  • Some overtime may be required during busy periods or for special projects.
ResponsibilitiesGeneral Office Management & Admin Support:
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist the service team in washing and cleaning device parts
  • Maintain organization in the stock room.
  • Manage daily orders from Shopee, Lazada, and the website, arranging parcels for packing and delivery to the courier hub
  • Attending walk in customer for outright purchase order.
  • Ensure a clean and orderly office environment.
Account Support:
  • Generate and send monthly invoices to respective clients.
  • Process office-related online payments monthly (Payroll, claims n etc)
  • Prepare aging reports and collect payments from customers
  • Reconcile payments with the bank statement
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and process invoices and receipts.
  • Coordinate with the outsource account department as needed.
