Key Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of office administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor documents meticulously
, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely filing.
Perform consistent
follow-ups
with internal departments and external partners to drive tasks to completion.
Prepare and analyze reports using
Microsoft Excel
(advanced proficiency required).
Support accounting operations with
SQL-based accounting system
entries and reconciliations.
Communicate effectively in
Mandarin and English
for both written and verbal correspondences.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of office administration experience.
Strong command of
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Working knowledge of
SQL Accounting
systems.
Fluent in
Mandarin
and English.
High attention to detail, proactive follow-up skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
