Job Description


Uni Smart Pest Control is now on the look for new talents to take charge! As our office Admin, you are required to be

  • Customer Oriented
  • Able to multitask in daily tasks
  • Able to communicate good.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Training Provided.
  • Assist in managing bill payments for the company.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Manage customer calls
  • Account based (added bonus)
  • Able to work in SQL
Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage store Inventory
  • Manage office Petty Cash
  • Perform Purchase Orders
  • Manage company invoicing & enquiries
  • Passing enquries/leads to Sales person
Qualifications : Higher Secondary/STPM/\'A\' Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree (Fresh Grads are welcomed) Why Join Us?
