ABOUT THE JOB
You will be work in one of the multinational companies which in trading of medical devices at Bandar Sunway area. The company is looking for someone who willing to handle daily accounts, general HR and admin matters.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for general accounting functions
  • Handle daily bank transactions and preparing monthly bookkeeping data.
  • Submitting monthly bookkeeping data accounting vendor for closing purposes.
  • Data entry daily journal entries to internal accounting system.
  • Tracking and ordering office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staffs.
  • Ensure office in good condition.
  • Liaise with related parties in accounting and admin matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Business Studies.
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting & admin experience.
  • Familiar with Bookkeeping and Office administration functions.
  • Can work independently.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English is a must.
