Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator with other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
To support business development, sales through potential customers, and accounts expansion
To support customers' enquiries, follow up with customers, maintain contact lists. and build customer database
To prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, reports, tenders papers
To perform vendor registration, liaise with government agencies
To perform marketing tasks such as preparing and attending exhibition, workshops, and trainings, emailing,
To support activities with associations, schools, universities, industries, factories, government agencies, others
To work in a team, can take instructions, and assist and motivate engineers and other colleagues
To provide support to engineers and other staff
Travelling outstation and overseas
Work in a team and can take instructions
Other job tasks if required
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Business, Engineering or others
Must be good in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: RM800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
