Job Description

As a Cleaner/Tea Lady cum Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness within designated areas, as well as performing various gardening tasks to ensure the upkeep and beautification of the surrounding landscape. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to ensure a clean and pleasant environment. Responsibilities: Cleaning Duties: \xef\x82\xb7 Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. \xef\x82\xb7 Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces. \xef\x82\xb7 Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of waste materials properly. \xef\x82\xb7 Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, entrances, and waiting areas. \xef\x82\xb7 Keep windows, glass partitions, and doors clean and presentable. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions. Gardening Duties: \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces by mowing, weeding, and watering plants. \xef\x82\xb7 Trim and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to ensure proper growth and shape. \xef\x82\xb7 Plant new flowers, trees, and shrubs according to seasonal needs. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and control pests and diseases in plants. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain and repair garden structures, such as fences and gates. \xef\x82\xb7 Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure the proper disposal of garden waste. General Duties: \xef\x82\xb7 Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). \xef\x82\xb7 Report any safety hazards, damages, or incidents to the supervisor. \xef\x82\xb7 Assist in setting up and arranging furniture and equipment for events, meetings, or functions, as needed. \xef\x82\xb7 Cooperate with other staff members and assist them with tasks when required. \xef\x82\xb7 Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or requests from residents or visitors.
