Job Description

Job Scope



1. Errand & Delivery Tasks



Deliver and collect documents, parcels, payments, or cheques to and from banks, clients, vendors, and project sites as instructed. Handle postage, courier arrangements, and ensure timely dispatch and receipt of outgoing/incoming mail or packages. Maintain proper record of all deliveries and collections to ensure accountability.

2. General Assistance



Assist staff in moving office equipment, files, or furniture when necessary. Provide support to Admin & HR team in minor office-related tasks. Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements



Education:

Minimum SPM or equivalent.

Experience:

Prior experience in office support or housekeeping is an advantage.

Skills & Attributes:



Honest, trustworthy, and hardworking. Physically fit to carry out manual tasks (lifting, moving items). Punctual, disciplined, and able to follow instructions.

Others:



Willing to work at HQ or project site if required. Possess a motorcycle license (advantage for errands).

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
