Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and be responsible for a main float with all denomination of coins and notes daily changes and to balance the float daily \xe2\x80\xa2 Make advance collections twice a day and issue signed \xe2\x80\x9cAdvance Collection Chit\xe2\x80\x9d for amount received \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare sufficient floats for Cashiers and ensure that the numbers of floats used must be turned in at the close of trade. \xe2\x80\xa2 To sort all cash, cheques (ICC payment), gift voucher, credit statement, etc. for purposes of daily banking. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare summary from Cashier\xe2\x80\x99s Balance Statement and cross-check it against the actual cash, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Report any shortage / excess in the collection, float or banking to the Accounts Manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Look all cash, cheques (ICC payment) ready for banking in the safe. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant working experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum SPM or Diploma equivalent qualification with Credit of Mathematic or Accounts \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of verbal and written English \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to perform shift work including Weekends and Public Holidays
