Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Despatch to be based at HQ Kota Damansara office with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assist and support in daily administration functions in the office. \xe2\x80\xa2 Despatch office documents and parcels as per the schedule, to ensure are delivered or received in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for submission/collection from/to government authorities & banking if any. \xe2\x80\xa2 Run official errands (eg. collect forms, pay bills, etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum SPM. \xe2\x80\xa2 1 year of working experience as office despatch. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must possess a valid driving license & B2 motorcycle license. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own transport. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a good driving record, punctual & patient. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have good time management.
