- Possess at least a qualification of Diploma or above in IT/Computer or Engineering
- Possess high proficiency in English and Mandarin [read, speak, type]
- Required to work based in office based in KL
- Able to join on the following date : 7 August 2023
- Immediate joiners & Fresh graduates in IT are encouraged to apply
- Answer incoming calls including email and chat in a timely manner.
- Identify customers\' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep the customer\'s privacy and protect customer information.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Handle simple to difficult inquiries in a given span of time.
- Salary package - RM 4000
- EPF, SOCSO will be provided.
- Annual Leave and Medical Leaves also provided
- Regular Working Hours: Mon-Sat, 9am to 6pm. Fixed offday on Sunday, with 1 rotational offday
- Training will be provided with salary
- Training Provided
- Allowance Provided
- 5 Working Days
