Requirements

• Possess at least a qualification of Diploma or above in IT/Computer or Engineering
• Possess high proficiency in English and Mandarin [read, speak, type]
• Required to work based in office based in KL
• Able to join on the following date : 7 August 2023
• Immediate joiners & Fresh graduates in IT are encouraged to apply

• Answer incoming calls including email and chat in a timely manner.
• Identify customers\' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep the customer\'s privacy and protect customer information.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Handle simple to difficult inquiries in a given span of time.

• Salary package - RM 4000
• EPF, SOCSO will be provided.
• Annual Leave and Medical Leaves also provided
• Regular Working Hours: Mon-Sat, 9am to 6pm. Fixed offday on Sunday, with 1 rotational offday
• Training will be provided with salary
