  • Passed in SPM / fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
  • Regular working hours with 5 working days (9am - 6pm, Mon-Fri), may need to work in weekend in the future)
  • Have no issue to based at Kelana Jaya Office
  • Able to start working on 10 July or 24 July 2023
Tanggungjawab
  • The process includes receiving a document set through email. (usually 45-50 different shipping documents)
  • Using the tool to organise papers by type
  • Conduct a manual shipment search in
  • Verify that the document type matches the real document
  • Identify the document by type. (eg. Master bill of lading, House bill of lading, Bill of Materials etc.)
  • Any ad hoc duty that the supervisor assigns
