About the Role



We are looking for a

reliable and organized Office Management Assistant

to support our daily office operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things in order, assisting with administration tasks, and helping the office run smoothly.

What You Will Do



Assist in

day-to-day office administration

(filing, data entry, document handling) Help with

managing office supplies

and inventory Support

coordination of meetings, schedules, and communications

Provide assistance to management and colleagues when needed Ensure the office environment remains

organized and efficient


Who We Are Looking For



Minimum SPM / Diploma (any field) Good communication and organizational skills Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email) Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team No prior experience required -

training and guidance will be provided
