• Market intelligence with focus on business, policy, social trends
• Development of corporate strategy papers
• Preparation and coordination of top level management meetings
• Conceptualization of business strategy, including market research, analysis, priority-setting, deployment planning
• Conduct market analyses to support new business
• Support on projects, new business areas to further expand our business (e.g. start-ups)

Qualifications

What Bosch Malaysia is looking for!

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management related Degree
• Leadership Experience: min. 4-5 years
• Project Experience: min. 2-3 years
• Has background on Project Management and Strategy Development
• Familiar with Bosch Structure, experienced and worked with Bosch
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken is preferred)
• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Professional competence: Demonstrating adept organization and project management, along with proficient presentation abilities for conveying project updates and proposals to stakeholders, complemented by a foundational grasp of business, finance, economy, and policies, as well as intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Other Characteristics: Exemplifying honesty in straightforward communication, maintaining diligence in precise project documentation, and displaying adaptability in high-paced and pressure-filled environments.
