WORK TYPE: Temporary SALARY: RM100 / Per Day (Subject to statutory deductions) WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 09:00AM - 06:00PM Mutiara Damansara, 47820. Shah Alam, Selangor JOB DESCRIPTION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Greet clients and visitors with a cheerful and professional attitude Assisting clients in finding their way around the office building Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks Booking / preparing meeting and training rooms Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing / forwarding calls as necessary Performing ad-hoc administrative duties Collecting, sorting and distributing office mails / parcels Provide excellent client\'s office service and scheduling client\'s appointments JOB REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience as a receptionist or in any related field Consistent, well groomed and professional appearance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel & Outlook. Good time management skills. Experience with administrative and clerical procedures. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
