Requirements
- Applicants with SPM qualification or fresh graduates
- Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese [read, speak, type]
- Regular working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
- Have no issue to based at Subang Jaya Office, Selangor
- Able to join on the following date: 28 August 2023
- Ability to handle all inbound and outbound calls from customers in regarding to flight reservations, itinerary changes, baggage concerns or general inquiries about flights
- Willing to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI
- Monthly Salary: RM 3,750 Basic + Up to RM 300 KPI Allowance
- 18 days of Annual leave, 14 days of Sick leave
- EPF + SOCSO
- One-month paid training
- Reachable by LRT Subang Jaya
- Training Provided
- Allowance Provided
- 5 Working Days
