Job Requirements

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Min 3 years of working experience
Invoicing and Billing:
- Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to club members for various services and memberships.
- Verify billing details, ensuring compliance with membership agreements and pricing structures. Receipt Management:
- Record and reconcile payments received, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances, implementing strategies for timely collections. Member Communication:
- Communicate with club members regarding their accounts, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance with billing-related matters.
- Prepare documentation to member for suspend withdrawal & termination account Account Reconciliation:
- Conduct regular reconciliations of the accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, working closely with other departments as needed. Reporting:
- Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports to provide insights into member billing and financial performance.
- Prepare and handle monthly end closing Credit Management:
- Evaluate and manage the creditworthiness of members, establishing and monitoring credit limits.
- Monitoring debtor ageing Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, club policies, and relevant regulations.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting practices related to accounts receivable. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as membership services and event planning, to address member billing inquiries and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall financial operations. Recordkeeping:
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, receipts, and member communications. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounts receivable operations.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving overall member financial experience. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
