Job Description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive

Officer - Advertising & Promotions

to support our mall's marketing initiatives, events, and tenant promotions.

s:

Plan & Execute Campaigns

- Assist in organizing mall events, festive campaigns, and tenant promotions to drive traffic and sales.

Casual Leasing

- Manage enquiries and bookings for promo spaces, ad panels, vending machines, and the convention hall, including memo approvals and location arrangements.

Tenant Support

- Liaise with tenants for publicity support, new shop openings, and joint marketing activities.

Music License

- Coordinate with third-party agencies to ensure all mall music licenses are valid and up to date.

Admin & Reporting

- Handle RQ submissions, refund forms, and prepare related reports for Finance and Management.

Other Support

- Assist in any marketing or operational tasks assigned by the A&P Manager.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in marketing, events, or mall promotions.

Fresh graduates

with strong communication and organizational skills are also encouraged to apply. Good coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (able to liaise with tenants, vendors, and internal teams). Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during events when required.
