Job Description

To manage and execute the full cycle of accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Key responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Operations

• Process vendor invoices
• Verify invoice accuracy, match with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Prepare payment proposals and ensure proper workflow approvals.
• Monitor due dates and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Handle down payment requests and invoice cancellations

Compliance & Audit

• Support external and internal audits by preparing required AP documentation.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate AP aging reports and vendor balance confirmations.
• Analyze payment trends and propose process improvements.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly closing activities.

Collaboration & Support

• Liaise with procurement and receiving departments to resolve invoice issues.
• Coordinate with treasury for payment scheduling.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting will be added advantage
• Strong attention to details
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
