To provide administrative support in golf operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with members, travel agents, and internal departments.
Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and documentation.
Maintain the golfers' booking system, tee sheets, and tournament schedules.
Prepare monthly operational and financial reports; assist in budget monitoring.
Handle membership records, renewals, billing coordination, and related matters.
Handle inquiries from travel agents regarding group bookings, packages, and arrangements, including liaising with hotel partners and tourism associates.
Liaise with Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing and F&B departments including other group within IOI Properties, for operational requirements,
Support the planning and execution of golf tournaments and special events.
Monitor inventory of golf carts, stationery, scorecards, and operational supplies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
