Job Description


:To handle the incoming and outgoing mails, capturing / transferring customer and application information from application form into Retail Credit System (RCS) accurately to facilitate the credit underwriting purpose within the stipulated turnaround time.

  • To sort and record incoming mails received from sales person.
  • To sort and record the outgoing mails to branches/Credit Support Administration (CSA).
  • To assist in file destruction activities.
  • To carry-out complete data entry for mortgage financing application into RCS accurately.
  • To read, act and respond to internal email and MS Teams messages on timely basis.
Other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by superior
