: * Follow-up with Clients and Sales Team on necessary required information and issue related matter via email or telecon.

Work closely with Product Manager, IT, Corporate Finance and vendor to execute corporate exercise payments to shareholders and ensure smooth implementation of solutions
Sort the incoming parcel / application form for Biz Channel / Dividend.
Filing, scanning and archiving of client documentations into Comet system.
Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations and decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality external and internal customers experience.
Implement new strategies and processes to support the expanding business.
