Description: Following the events of 2020 and 2021, Our Purpose-to Inspire Confidence and to Empower Change-has become more important than ever. Calling for driven individuals to join the Impact@KPMG team! Responsibilities: Perform research, materiality assessment and other technical analyses to drive the Firm\'s Impact agenda including but not limited to Net Zero Towards by 2030 ambition. Devise initiatives, policy considerations, framework and other action plans to achieve objectives that are in line with Impact@KPMG under the pillars of Planet, People, Prosperity and Governance. Curate internal engagement projects, communications and announcements pertaining to Impact@KPMG initiatives. Coordinate and execute photo/video shoot for internal branding purposes including social media postings - Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn Prepare write ups and other media related preparation for the team A ctive involvement in People projects initiated by any of the PPC teams from time to time Perform other general administrative duties in relation to event and program coordination Requirements : Bachelor\'s Degree with preferably a CGPA of 3.2 or Second Upper or other equivalent qualification (ie. Professional Qualification, etc.) Impeccable leadership qualities as well as a proven track record in extracurricular activities and involvements (ie. clubs and societies, volunteering, sports, etc.) Eloquent on top of possessing excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills with an aptitude to curate and communicate contents for different audiences, and more importantly, relate to said audiences. Sound project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks, while setting priorities and meeting deadlines. Highly driven, independent, and results-oriented with an agile and analytical mindset Team player with an exuberating enthusiasm and confidence in working with numerous stakeholders.
