Contribute to the high productivity result to achieve the organizations objectives short term and long terms goals.
Execute daily Shipping and Customers' Services operation effectively and efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Execute and handling import export activity and documentation including coordinating the customer bookings with shipping liner, negotiating freight charges, coordinate with consignee for delivery, trucking, transportation and storage.
Ensure the shipping process and documentation are comply to the current legislation and regulations.
Improve the freight operation effectiveness and efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Ensure the documentation and operation process are comply to the Customs and other current regulations for smooth cargo clearance.
Timely distributions to customers including documentation effectiveness for smooth operations.
Provide contingency planning to operation team to minimize delivery disruptions to customers.
Ensure the customers' service requests, enquiries and complaints are attended promptly.
Good networking and relationships with customers, vendors, transporter and stakeholder.
Report problems occurred and reported to the HOD including Customer problems and feedback.
Compliance to all related government regulatory and statutory requirements in all business activity.
Prepare required report related to the operation activity.
Always comply to the related procedures, work instructions & guidelines in daily task operations.
Always adhere to the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy all the time.
Ensure all the activity are compliance with business ethics and Company code of conduct.
Obey and execute any other task instructed by the Manager, HOD or higher level at any time.
Working Experience and Academic Requirements:
Degree / Diploma / Cert in any related Logistics industry with experience 1 - 3 years or Minimum SPM with Experience for 5 years.
Knowledge in handling the logistic industry, import export operations, customer services and warehousing is an advantage added value.
Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with customers, government officers and suppliers.
Motivated to learn new skills and knowledge.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
