is entrusted to assist the Manager with the maintenance, improvement, and upgrading works of existing plants around the township area.
Job Responsibility
Planning monthly landscape maintenance schedule
Planning daily work planning and reported on work prgoress.
Assist on trimming shrubs, groundcovers, brush cutting work on trees and flower bed, foliage plants, pruning trees and edging pond edge.
Scarify and aerify all planting pit and bed.
Pest control as and when needed.
Weeding all planting pit and bed.
Site dried leaf clearing on daily basis.
Conduct daily watering to all plants and turfing area at least twice per day.
Fertilize plants as per scheduled.
To apply insecticide and fungicide for outdoor and indoor landscape area.
Monitoring quality work to be done by workers.
Planning/ design upgrading/ new landscape work.
Herbicide control on flower bed, pond edge and surround clubhouse.
Perform other duties as directed by his superior.
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in horticulture/ park amenity.
Competencies Required
3 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years directly related work experience.
