Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Responsible for monitoring of Billing of Invoices against the quotation to clients. Supervise the work of the clerks in their duties. Handling of General Administration and Human Resources related matter. Handling of Petty Cash. Responsible for the duties and responsibilities to be fulfilled by the lorry driver. Planning of Transport scheduling according to customer's request. Plan and monitor truck service, repair, inspection & permit. Monitor Guardian system and GPS system to checking reward & penalty for drivers. Maintain and manage repair (PR) data entry in Maslog System Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/s and comply with the company's rules and regulations.

Requirements:



Qualification Diploma / Degree Basic knowledge of transportation and routing Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisor with other duties as required Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Time management and organizational skills. Able to work independently, multitask and ad-hock task when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
